What to expect in your Energy Healing session
Before Your Session
Please complete the client intake form as part of the appointment booking process. This will help us prepare for your session. We will then have a conversation to explore your unique needs and goals for healing.
During Your Session
You’ll remain fully clothed as you lie down in a comfortable position. Using kinesiology muscle monitoring and touch, we’ll identify chakras or meridians that require clearing and balancing. To clear energetic interferences, we incorporate a variety of vibrational healing techniques, including acupressure, sound, essential oils, crystals, and flower essences.
We conclude with a powerful energy integration process to enhance and extend the healing benefits, leaving you feeling aligned and refreshed.
